Urbania & Tempo Traveller FAQs

Force Urbania options include 13, 16 and 17-seater configurations, while Tempo Traveller options include 13, 17 and 26-seater vehicles. Availability depends on the travel dates and confirmed route.

Passenger count is only one factor. Luggage, route, trip duration and the comfort expected by the group are equally important. For airport pickups or long tours with substantial luggage, a larger vehicle may be recommended even when everyone technically fits in a smaller seating layout.

The quotation will clearly mention the vehicle, driver, fuel, driver allowance and any other included service. Toll, parking, permits, local sightseeing vehicles and entry fees are included only when specifically stated. The written quotation should always be checked before payment.

Yes. We assign drivers familiar with common Northeast routes and hill-road conditions. Travel timing may still be adjusted according to weather, road closures, terrain, daylight and driver-safety requirements.

Bum La Pass and Madhuri Lake generally require a locally arranged vehicle and permit from Tawang. The Urbania or Tempo Traveller normally remains in Tawang while the local excursion is completed. The cost of the local vehicle is separate unless specifically included in the package.

Additional late-evening movement may not always be possible after the day’s sightseeing and hotel drop. Driver duty, parking, road safety, local conditions and the next day’s schedule must be considered. Any extra movement is subject to approval and may involve an additional charge.

Yes. Share the travel dates, passenger count, luggage, pickup point, hotel details and preferred destinations. We can suggest a practical day-wise route based on driving time, road conditions and the pace preferred by the group.

After availability and the route are confirmed, we share a written quotation with the fare, vehicle, inclusions and payment schedule. The booking is confirmed after the required advance is received and acknowledged by FuFu Gadi.
UPI, bank transfer and supported online payment methods are accepted. GST invoices are available when billing details are shared before invoice generation.
