Category 01
Self Drive Cars
• Age: User must be above 24 years. Some vehicles may require a minimum age of 25 years.
• Documents: Original Driving License and one valid Government ID such as Aadhaar, Passport or Voter ID are required at vehicle delivery.
• Identity verification is mandatory. If documents cannot be verified, FuFu Gadi may cancel or refuse handover.
• Security deposit: ₹2,000 for Hatchback/Sedan and ₹3,000 for SUVs/MUVs, payable at trip start.
• Deposit refund is processed after vehicle inspection, FASTag/toll reconciliation and pending dues adjustment, if any.
• Documents: Original Driving License and one valid Government ID such as Aadhaar, Passport or Voter ID are required at vehicle delivery.
• Identity verification is mandatory. If documents cannot be verified, FuFu Gadi may cancel or refuse handover.
• Security deposit: ₹2,000 for Hatchback/Sedan and ₹3,000 for SUVs/MUVs, payable at trip start.

• Rental is calculated on a 24-hour time-to-time basis. Example: 10 AM to next day 10 AM = 1 day.
• Extra hour charge is calculated as Daily Rental / 12 per hour.
• If extra time exceeds 5 hours, it will be charged as one full extra day.
• Late return without prior intimation may affect the next booking and may attract additional charges.
• Excess fuel, if any, may be refunded up to ₹500 based on average mileage.

• Restricted areas include international borders, protected forests beyond tourist roads, off-roading, riverbeds, unsafe/unapproved routes and any area restricted by law or local authority.
• Example: For 4 days, total allowed KM will be 1,000 KM.
• Extra KM charges are vehicle-specific and are clearly shown on the vehicle details and booking page before confirmation.
• Interstate travel is allowed only on approved routes/states and as per rental terms.
• Restricted areas include international borders, protected forests beyond tourist roads, off-roading, riverbeds, unsafe/unapproved routes and any area restricted by law or local authority.
• Without Accident Protection Plan, renter’s maximum liability in case of accidental damage is up to ₹49,000 for all cars.
• With optional Accident Protection Plan (APP), renter’s maximum liability is capped at ₹2,000 for accidental exterior damages during the rental period.
APP does not cover:
• Tyre cut or tyre sidewall damage
• Clutch damage due to misuse
• Interior damage, stains, smoking burns or seat damage
• Key loss, smart key damage or key replacement
• Loss/damage of accessories or vehicle items
• Damage due to waterlogging, off-roading or reckless driving
• Drunk driving, illegal use, overspeeding or violation of rental terms
Charges for the above damages or losses will be applicable separately based on actual repair or replacement cost.
Claim process: Inform FuFu Gadi immediately, share photos/videos, and do not continue driving if the vehicle is unsafe. Police GD/FIR may be required depending on the incident.

• If breakdown is caused due to misuse, negligent driving or violation of terms, related repair/recovery cost may be charged to the renter.

Tempo Traveller & Urbania
• Advance: ₹4,000 for Tempo Traveller and ₹6,000 for Urbania.
• Inclusions: vehicle, driver, fuel, driver bata, driver food and driver halting/stay charges are included in the quoted package.
• Toll, parking and permits are included only if mentioned in the quotation. Otherwise, they may be payable at actuals.
• Features: AC, comfortable seating, music system and luggage space. Urbania offers premium ride comfort with 13-seater and 17-seater options.
• Inclusions: vehicle, driver, fuel, driver bata, driver food and driver halting/stay charges are included in the quoted package.
• Toll, parking and permits are included only if mentioned in the quotation. Otherwise, they may be payable at actuals.
