Age

The user must be above the age of 24 years. However, some vehicles are provided at the minimum age of 25.

Documents Required

1. The user must have a valid driving license issued by the concerned authority.
2. The user must bring original DL and Voter/Aadhaar/Passport at the time of delivery of the car
3. In case a user is unable to verify his/her identity, the booking shall be considered void by FuFu Gadi.

Security Deposit

A security amount of 2000 for Hatchback/Sedan and 3000 for SUVs/MUVs is required to deposit.

Payment Terms

Full payment to be made by user at the start of the trip along with security deposit.

Fastag

Fastag is installed on each car. You need to recharge in Phonepay/Gpay/Paytm apps. No OTP is required to recharge fastag. User need to recharge the fastag as per requirement, no refund to be issued if any balance is left.

Fuel

Fuel charges to be borne by user. FuFu Gadi shall give sufficient amount of fuel in starting of the trip and the user needs to return the car in the similar level. If there is excess fuel left, amount upto maximum of INR 1000 shall be refunded based on the average mileage of the car.

KM Restriction

The allowed KM limit per day on average basis is 250/day. For example, if the duration is 4 days then total allowed KM is 250*4 = 1000 KM. Extra KM charges shall be applicable as follows:

Accident Protection & Liability Policy

FuFu Gadi aims to provide a smooth and secure rental experience while ensuring financial protection in case of accidental vehicle damage. Below is a detailed breakdown of liability coverage.

Standard Liability (Without Additional Protection):

If a rented vehicle sustains accidental damage, the renter's maximum liability is as follows:

These liability amounts are determined based on repair estimates from an authorized/reputed dealership. However, the renter will be liable for the full damage cost (irrespective of FuFu Gadi’s insurance coverage) in the following cases:

1. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
2. Reckless, rash, or negligent driving leading to major damage.
3. Using the car for off-road driving, racing, or any unauthorized activity.
4. Failure to stop driving despite noticing a major mechanical issue.
5. Providing incorrect or fraudulent information in the driving license.
6. Violating any rule under the Motor Vehicles Act.

Reduced Liability (With Additional Protection):

If the renter opts for additional protection by paying a premium (visible at the time of booking), their financial liability is significantly reduced. Under this protection plan:

The renter's maximum liability is limited to ₹2,000, regardless of the total damage cost.

This protection is designed to offer financial peace of mind and is highly recommended for all renters.

Drop Points

The user must return the vehicle at the pickup point agreed upon taking possession of the car.

Rental Period:

Rental period is calculated on 24 hours basis (Time to time). For example, if the booking starts from 10 AM today and ends in 10 AM on the next day then it shall be considered as 1 day rental period.

Extra Hours

Extra hours charges shall be calculated as (Daily Rental / 12) for each extra hour. If the extra hours exceeded by 6 hours, then instead of hourly charges one full day rental charges shall be applicable.

Extension of Rental Period

If the user wishes to extend the rental period, he/she shall contact FuFu Gadi. However, extensions approval is subject to availably of the vehicle.

Replacement Vehicle

FuFu Gadi shall provide a replacement vehicle in the case of vehicle failure. This is subject to vehicle availability.

Cleanliness:

FuFu Gadi delivers the car after proper cleaning of both exterior and interior. Though we don’t charge for the normal soil/mud deposited in the car during the trip but the user must ensure the followings while returning the car:

A. Leaving tobacco-based product in the car
B. Burning of any parts of interior due to smoking.
C. Any left-over food/packets/Bottles etc.

In case of non-compliance in any of the above, INR 500 shall be charged for interior cleaning and in actual for any interior part damage due to user’s negligence

Cancellation and Refund

The advance booking amount (INR 999) shall be fully refunded if the user cancels the booking 96 hours prior the booking start time (The amount shall be refunded within 1-2 working days). In other cases, there shall be no refund.

Airport Delivery and Pickup

An amount of INR 700 shall be charged for airport delivery or pick up (One way).

Doorstep Delivery

A reasonable amount shall be charged based on the distance from our office

Penalty and other charges

1. In case the user is found over speeding (more than 110 KMPH) during a booking, a fine of Rs. 1000 shall be charged. The user shall be notified via SMS/email for all charges applicable.
2. If a user is found drunk at the time of drop, the user shall be liable for the complete damage repair cost.
3. Smoking/drinking is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle. Penalty of Rs.1000/- fine shall be charged, if found guilty.
4. User have to borne the fine if any challans during the rental period.

Urbania & Tempo Traveller Booking & Payment

1. Advance booking amount: ₹4000 for Tempo Traveller, ₹6000 for Urbania.
2. Full payment must be made before the complete of the trip. Payments can be payed in parts once the trip starts
3. Available for outstation travel, corporate bookings, family trips, and group tours in Assam & Northeast India.

In case of vehicle failure, FuFu Gadi provides a replacement vehicle or full refund for the unused days.

Cleanliness & Vehicle Maintenance

1. All vehicles are fully cleaned & sanitized before trips.
2. Customers must ensure cleanliness inside the vehicle.
3. Smoking, alcohol consumption, or excessive food leftovers inside the vehicle may result in a ₹500 cleaning fine.

Urbania & Tempo Traveller Cancellation & Refund Policy

Prior 30+ days: Full Refund
15-29 days: 75% of the advance amount refunded
7-14 days: 50% of the advance amount refunded
0-6 days: No refund

KM Limit and Charges

Total KM Limit 200 KM * No of days of hire
Excess KM Charges: RS 40/45 per KM for 13/17 Seater Urbania and RS 30 for Tempo Traveller

Drivers Duty Hours

1. Average duty hours is 12 Hours.
2. Extra Driver charges may be applicable if driving time is outside 6AM-9PM window
