Useful Information

Users must be 24 years or older (25 years for premium SUVs). A valid Driving License and one government ID such as Aadhaar, Voter ID, or Passport are required. Both physical and digital copies are accepted at pickup.

Yes — FuFu Gadi cars can be driven to any state in Northeast India, including Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura. Carry your DL & ID and follow local rules/timings during checkpoints.

Our fleet is trusted for long road trips across the Northeast, whether it’s Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, or beyond.

We provide flexible pickup and drop points in and around Guwahati:
  • Airport (GAU) — ₹700
  • Railway Stations — ₹300–500
  • Doorstep Delivery — Within Guwahati city limits
  • Outside Guwahati — Available with additional logistics charge
You can select your preferred pickup & drop location while booking, and our team will ensure the car is delivered on time.

To confirm your booking, pay just ₹999 in advance.
At the start of the trip, clear the remaining rental amount plus a refundable security deposit:
– ₹2000 for hatchbacks and sedans
– ₹3000 for SUVs and MUVs
The deposit is refunded once the car is returned in good condition.

Fuel is the responsibility of the user. Cars are provided with a set fuel level and must be returned with the same. If returned with extra fuel (up to ₹1000 worth), it may be refunded. All cars come with Fastag, which can be recharged directly via PhonePe, GPay, or Paytm without OTP.

Rentals include a daily limit of 250 km per day (e.g., 4 days = 1000 km). Beyond this, extra charges apply.

Standard liability: users are responsible up to ₹30,000 (hatchbacks/sedans) or ₹35,000 (SUVs) in case of accidental damages. With the optional Reduced Liability Protection, the maximum liability is capped at just ₹2000.
Note: damages due to drunk driving, rash driving, or off-road use are fully chargeable.

– Cancellation: Advance payment of ₹999 is fully refundable if cancelled 97+ hours before start. No refund for later cancellations.
– Extension: Allowed subject to availability. Extra hours charges applicable as per site. More than 6 hours = 1 full day rent.
Note: All FuFu Gadi self drive cars are well maintained and delivered clean. A cleaning fine of ₹500 may apply if cars are returned in poor condition.
